Remove Buddleia growing out of the external walls in places along with general weeds and carry out any re pointing that may be required. Internal: The current kitchen area is looking tired and some of the plaster has blown away from the wall. Remove the existing kitchen units & water heater. Remove the modern materials back to the original wall & re plaster with horsehair and lime. Then install a new kitchen & water heater)
