Works include stopping up of section of highway on Altyre Road and subway to No.1 Croydon, 12- 16 Addiscombe Road under Section 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended)" to allow alterations to the following: .Design .Massing .Relocation of sub-station .Relocation of plant .Internal layouts and amenity spaces .20 additional co-living units .Reconfiguration of Class E and Class E/F1"
