IP/16/00608/OUT was an EIA development and an Environmental Statement was submitted with the application under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 (as amended).) Changes are proposed to allow 8no. shared ownership apartments to be delivered as affordable rent and to align drawings with previously approved non-material amendment applications.
