Proposal

Four Yew trees at the rear of the property along the western boundary adjacent to a private lane, as indicated in the attached report. As per recommendations made by the arboriculturist in his report, prune low branches of T1, T2 and T3, by removal of lower growth up to a height of approximately 3m from ground level (ground level being taken as top of the bank where trees are rooted). This will target both tertiary and secondary branches. The fourth tree (T4) in the group is to have lower branches retained from approximately 50cm to 1.5m from ground level (ground level being taken as top of the bank where trees are rooted). These branches are forming a small natural boundary hedge that shields neighbouring property’s private road. Prune branches above the height of the lower retained section to create a window of daylight by pruning secondary and tertiary branches to a height of approximately 3m from ground level (ground level- taken from root zone area). This will remove x1 low branch
