T1 Sycamore - Fell. Tree is twin stemmed from near the base. Ivy present. Extensive decay around base. Tree sits on the boundary between No.33 Cintra and Lion Wood. A large branch recently failed into the garden. Client wishes to fell and replant with smaller specimen; T2 Holly - Fell. Tree is covered in ivy and growing up under the large beech (T4). Client wishes to fell and replant something in a better position; T3 Conifer - Fell. Tree grows very close to the back of the property and shades the back of the house. Client wishes to fell and develop area underneath the tree with hard landscaping; T4 Beech - Crown raise to 4m all round. Crown clean. Raise to 2.5m over footpath and 5.2m over roadway. No height or spread reduction proposed.
