The application relates to the protected trees located within the front and side boundaries of 23 Drill Hall Road, Chertsey. No direct works to the protected trees are proposed. Consent is sought for the construction of a proposed driveway and future residential extension works within the vicinity of the protected trees. All works will be undertaken in accordance with the submitted Arboricultural Method Statement (AMS) and Tree Protection Plan (TPP), which detail the proposed tree protection measures, no-dig construction methodology, piled foundation solution and site management procedures to safeguard the retained trees throughout the construction process.
