T1 Ash, cut to ground, tree is an old lapsed Pollard, it is in an advanced state of decay and the upper crown has begun to collapse, (hung-up limb in top of tree). Tree has been sounded at the base and this reveals two significant pockets of decay on the North side, unable to survey the South side due to dense undergrowth. The tree is on the edge of a busy public car park and may be viewed from the Oakfield site on the North boundary toward the Eastern end.
Use Planning Alerts to search the public planning application records currently listed for Rugby Borough Council. Where an application has a source link, use it to check the authority's current published record and consultation details.
Where a source link is available, use it to review the planning authority's current published application record, commenting process and deadline. Planning Alerts does not accept comments or make planning decisions.
You can set up a postcode-radius alert for available covered records. This is not a whole-authority watchlist. Source checks, available coverage and alert eligibility vary; delivery timing is not guaranteed.
This page shows stored records, a dated source-attempt timestamp where known, and recorded source status. A success does not guarantee current status; errors or old checks mean freshness is uncertain.
Planning Alerts is an independent planning-search service, not Rugby Borough Council. Use the source link on an application where available to check that authority's current published record, consultation details and any weekly-list publication.
